I have contacted seller. Seller wants me to return the garbage purse before refund. So out postage twice. Calling it a loss and leaving poor feedback. It doesn’t make sense to me to pay 16 dollars total postage and get a 17 dollar refund. Zipper is stuck closed halfway.

Item was as described, the zipper pull works it just needs a new zipper pull, which was disclosed in the listing. I have kindly asked for a revised feedback from the buyer. Refunded the customer in full without receiving the item back. Customer would not open a return case to follow the proper steps. I apologize for the inconvenience.
