Shocked to receive à well packaged empty box with just the sleeve for the mobile inside. I contacted the seller in case they forgot to put it in the box but assured me they had. Also asked them for the IMEI number which they gave me to try to get phone blocked and asked them to contact their courier but heard nothing more from them except to say they were upset. I had to contact their courier as I heard nothing else from the seller and had to go to resolution center with PayPal for a refund
