eBay uses a formula based on measurement to determine shipping costs. For this $7.99 sale, Expedited Shipping was to be $17.05 & Standard $14.90, way over-priced for the light weight. After much time & effort, the dealer determined a way to reduce USPS costs by 1/3. With some poor recent eBay purchases, I had been considering discontinuing use of this venue, but she changed my mind. She deserves at least a 20 star evaluation, other dealers to follow her lead, & many customers buying here.

Item as described. Ordered 12/1, shipping label created 12/4 but not mailed until 12/11 so did not arrive until 12/14. Two weeks shipping is excessive for time sensitive item with such a high shipping fee.
