It's been 3 weeks and I did not receive item as promised. Description says "Fast Shipping," but I have not receive it, yet. Seller blames shipping company but shipping company told me seller did not drop off package after shipping label was created. Seller waited 2 weeks after shipping label was created to send me item. They should have communicated to me about the delay.
