Best gentle iron supplement for me
This combination of ingredients has had the greatest results for raising the iron in my tests. I am unable tolerate many of the other iron supplements and I prefer the coated caplets and not having to take 4 or more a day (eg. Carbonyl iron is gentle and efficient but I need 6 a day and extra vitamin C). This has ended my search for a well tolerated and efficient iron supplement.

Easy on the stomach
I had to use this when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I stopped taking iron because it hurt my stomach and constipated me. I had to get my ferritin iron levels up somehow. A fellow patient told me about Feosol so I tried it. It got my ferritin levels up quickly, no stomach problems, no constipation. Works like a charm, I highly recommend it.

This iron product is excellent because of the absorption quality. My daughter has taken this particular iron for years as recommended by her physician. She recommended it for her dad when he was diagnosed with low iron, so I ordered it. Not all irons are created equally, and Ferosol Complete “Bifera” is developed specifically to aid your body in absorbing the iron. You get the full benefit of the iron unlike other iron supplements. Bifera Complete Iron: best OTC product to treat anemia.
This is the best product to treat iron deficient anemia without stomach upset or constipation. Most over the counter iron supplements suggest you take their product with citric acid (like orange juice) to help your body absorb the iron better. I have acid reflex and over production of stomach acid and can't take acidic drinks or foods. Oral iron is usually not absorbed well, and if you cannot tolerate or adequately absorb iron from food, that leaves intravenous iron (which a lot of people are allergic to, or have severe stomach upset/pain), or frequent blood transfusions. Once I started taking this product (I take 1 tablet of 28 mg every other day), I stopped needing blood transfusions every 6-8 weeks due to anemia. My Hgb. is now in the 12.5-13 range and I am a female. Right now it is ... This is the best product to treat iron deficient anemia without stomach upset or constipation.
