Item not as described, poorly packaged, no packing materials used. The item was just put in a thin cardboard box and shipped. Damaged in transit in addition to the item not being described properly. Contacted seller last week, no response and no follow up to make right. No point in returning as the cost negates the items value. No point in being further inconvenienced from this seller. Buyers beware!!

Interesting. We ship hundreds of cases all over the world yearly and somehow only the two cases this person bought from us were damaged during shipping? We suspect the buyer isn't happy with our packaging style and choose to take it out on our feedback. Please note that we don't normally use additional packaging materials on cases in order to keep the buyer's shipping costs down, which are already too high. The box the cases are in is normally sufficient.
