The only complaint was with USPS (which sucks), package came to my city terminal, languished there for a while then bounced back to Florida for unknown reason, where it vacationed for a couple days, then came back to my city terminal. Box was pretty banged up when I got it, I was expecting damage!!! Thankfully pinpointparts did a great job packing, which saved the windshield.

    Swing arm bushings

    The bike rides like a different one in a good way in regards to movement. I did remove part of the rubber mount so It does have more vibration throughout the bike. I was aware that would happen

    Fixed suspension problems

    Works like it should! No more throwing me all over the road when I hit a bump. Handles so much better! Increased vibration slightly but well worth it and I expected it. Excellent product and fairly easy to install.
