    Desire is one of my favorite bob dylan albums. Emmylou harris and scarlett riveria compliment the music their respective talents. A must for listening enjoyment.

    favorite Dylan LP now got the CD

    I know Dylan experts don't agree - but this is my favorite Dylan work - The introduction of EmmyLou Harris as a background singer works so well w/Dylan's growly voice - I have this on LP (as I have virtually everything he's done) but wanted something for the car..and by the way it is my daughter's favorite Dylan as well - she is 30 years younger than me - She is not a total fan but loves this albun esp Isis and Hurrican Carter Actually she went to the last Grateful Dead concert in VT to see Bob Dylan rather than the Dead - - her college friends would "freak"over my LP collection and I would always introduce them to this albun - always to kudos and new found respect. Alas - the next generation - my 21 yr old nephew just doesn't"Get" Dylan at all. Still into the Black Sabbath ...
