"Bait and Switch". Sellers ad claimed photos were of actual watch to be shipped. They were not. They were of similar watch. I messaged seller letting them know of the issue, and asked if I could have the watch band pictured. Seller did not respond. Watch band sent is too large, local jeweler says that all adjustment links have been removed and band cannot be made smaller. This was not mentioned in the ad. Citizen service says original watch band is no longer made, none available.
