Very nearly a NEUTRAL as shipping was very slow. Communication was good but even after prompting for a valid tracking number the speed of the shipping process seemingly remained molasses slow. Ultimately it all worked out, product as described but after reviewing other feedback you should probably plan on a 3 week gap between purchase and delivery with this seller.
