This coat is a wind breaker NOT a rain jacket ! When I question the seller she rudely reply to go question the factory not her!
Arrived completely faded like was washed in bleach , the color did not match the post at all.
Upon requesting to return I was ghosted by the buyer leaving me without communication and ignoring all of my messages to provide a return label .

First off you complained the item was not green, when I asked you what color you would describe it as you said light green. I call that green (I did not indicate any shade). As for it not being a raincoat maybe you could take this up with Joules as that is how they describe their item on their website. I did not ghost you at any time, it is down to ebay to pay return postage as they shipped the item out to you. As for keeping away from this buyer, over 1300 satisfied customers says otherwise.
