Controller came in a bubble wrap bag inside of a plastic USPS mailer. Listed as new but was not in a box and charging cable was not included. Makes me doubt it is "new". Haven't used it yet as it didn't come with the charging cable so I don't know if it works. I will amend review after it has been used.
