Seller sold a defective one out 9 golf shaft . It was bent and the seller blamed me for not looking at his picture but , but on his picture you wouldn’t see if it is bent. The bad thing is the seller knew that it’s bent but did not put in the description . He offered a refund but would not return everything (not shopping cost) I don’t want to lose money so I just took $12 even though it’s a bad shaft. I will not going to buy from this seller again.

As I explained, it is not a defective one and it doesn't impede the performance. Please remember that you bought a used one and the price was less than 20% of the new one. It happens when people change the lie angle of iron club. I also offered you $12 refund as a courtesy, so I can't understand your unfair and false feedback.
