Product Information

JVC GR-SXM330 camcorder has three recording modes. It uses Super VHS recording to deliver up to 60% better resolution than standard models for better quality home movies. For quality and economy, the Super VHS ET mode lets you take those high-resolution videos using any VHS-C tape. For compatibility with any VHS video recorder, standard VHS is also available.GR-SXM330's 2.5" LCD view screen allows the camera to be operated from any angle, for maximum comfort. The picture stabilizer gets rid of annoying picture shake. The 400x zoom makes sure you don't miss any of the action. A built-in light improves the picture in nighttime situations. Endurance Shooting allows up to two hours recording time with the provided battery pack. When you are done recording, the tapes play back and can be shared in any VHS video recorder using the provided VHS-C Playpak.

    JVC GR SXM330 VHS-C Camcorder

    I like this camcorder because it's light and only uses VHS-C tapes for recording fro 30-minutes up to 90-minutes on one battery charge. It sez it has 400 digital zoom but since I didn't get the owner's manual with my purchase I can only get it to zoom up to 25x, which works FINE for me. Even at far off distances it brings the picture up close. Plus VHS-C tapes are not to expensive either. Plus the camcorder came with audio-video cables to hook up to your TV or a Video Capture Card on your computer inorder to burn a DVD if you like. It's a very nice camcorder.

    CAMCORDER USAGE

    IT WAS IN IMMACULATE CONDITION WHEN I RECEIVED IT AND USED IT THE SAME WEEK TO GO TO MY GRAND-DAUGHTER'S JUNIOR QUEEN OF 4TH OF JULY VISITATION AS THE OUT GOING QUEEN AND IT DID A WONDERFUL JOB INSIDE OF THE AUDITORIUM WITHOUT HAVING TO USE THE LIGHTS WHILE RECORDING THE ACTIVITIES....I THOUGHT THAT THIS WAS REALLY SOMETHING NICE SINCE THE ANNOUNCER AT THE CEREMONIES ASKED THAT ALL LIGHTS OR FLASHING BE TURNED OFF....I KEPT ON RECORDING WITHOUT THE LIGHTS ON AND THE VIDEO CAME OUT AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER WITH THE LOW LIGHT CONDITIONS THAN IF I WOULD HAVE HAD TO USE THEM....I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE JVC CAMCORDER THEN AND STILL IMPRESSED WHILE USING IT AROUND MY HOMESTEAD...THE BEST DECISION THAT I HAVE MADE IN A LONG TIME WAS TO PURCHASE THIS USED, BUT IN VERY GOOD SHAPE JVC ...
