    An amazing clear and neutral sound

    WOW! what a microphone, this thing is all about clarity! It may not work for all styles and all voices. A female friend has a voice that has a lot of low mids, she normally uses an SM58 which tends to muddy up her voice a lot, she loved the M80 ... A male friend sings in a hard rock band, we compared his Beta58 to the M80 at a practice ... I thought the M80 sounded better, I could understand the vocals a lot better, he noticed that it wasn't as forgiving as his beta58 which hid the vocals a lot more than the M80.

    awesome

    love the mic, ive used shure beta 87a for 5-7 years . started having feedback issues with it in some louder venues .i went to the m80 and have very similar qualities of a condensor mic but no feedback !
