Item arrived with a thick smell of cigarettes that was not described in listing. Item also felt dirty and greasy to the touch which i was willing to accept because of vintage quality of the item. Seller denied this and told me that they expected i would have it dry cleaned because the listing said it had a spot on it which was not something i planned on doing. Terrible customer service practices to become agitated with someone for pointing something out and then doing nothing to try to remediate

It was extra beautiful to receive them because they were beautifully wrapped, in a delicate and beautiful paper, as if I was receiving a gift. It actually was like a gift!
