Defective product. Manufacturer defect and they are trying to say it happened in shipping, but the damage is in a way where there is no way it was done in shipping. Reached out and they said it must have happened in shipping and because I didn't refuse delivery, I will not get a refund. Also, when arrived from shipper the box was in excellent condition so and the way it was shiiped there ould be no way it could have been shipping damage. Scam Artist. Buyer Beware.

We encourage all buyers to inspect freight shipments at delivery, and refuse the shipment when the item is damaged. We were not notified of this damage for over a month after it was delivered, and there is simply nothing we can do at that point.

Antes que llegara el pedido, estuvo bien la comunicación, el problema fue que el producto no estaba bien empaquetado para que no se lastimara mi pedido, pero llego con una abolladura muy pronunciada , no era lo que esperaba, pero me quedaré con el pedido, pero para que no tengan problemas futuros deberían revisar la marcancia antes de enviarla o empaquetarla de una manera segura y poner que es delicado para que llegue bien los pedidos para sus futuros clientes y no tengan estos inconvenientes.

The rims were mailed by USPS and the packaging was tight and boxes were clean as well no blemishes. The courier also took care of the rims and handled them with care the whole transaction was carefree.
