All the benefits - none of the nasty side effects
After having gastric sleeve surgery several years ago I thought taking vitamins and supplements for the rest of my life would be easy. Well - it's not difficult but now my body processes vitamins and food differently. I found that with regular capsules or tablets of iron I had some pretty nasty side effects. These eliminate all those, they're chewable, don't taste bad and are very convenient to take. I wouldn't say they taste great but given that they work for me and weighing them against the unpleasantness of the other forms these are a definite winner in my book! Highly recommend them to anyone who has had trouble with the tablets or capsules. I started taking this when I became anemic and my iron levels have gone up. My doctor does want me to start taking two a day because the iron levels still need to come up more, but at least I know it's working.
