🔴🟡 Good seller. We had a lil' booboo w/ the purchase where the listing name was incorrect (Arai Quantum-X motorcycle helmet, but the helmet was actually a Signet-Q upon arrival). Seller was very friendly and accepted the return. Title: Terrible Experience with Unresponsive Seller and Used Tesla Charger

I had an awful experience with this seller. Not only did they fail to respond to any of my inquiries, but when the package finally arrived, it contained a used Tesla charger instead of the new one I had ordered. The lack of communication and the deceptive product swap left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this seller.
