Listing states "Domestic Mailing Free & Includes Tracking". I was charged $2.80.
Seller has 100% Positive feedback so I am not the one to break his rating.
However for the two stated reason I do not expect to deal with again.
Wish more eBay sellers would do a better job of packaging and protecting their merchandise.
And yes the padded envelope arrived in excellent condition but capsule cracked.
