Well 2 of my ponies were broken at no fault of the seller items had been packed very well it look like before seller shipped! But handlers u could clearly tell the package had been handled extremely rough! And I mean EXTREMELY ROUGH! But I contacted the sellar and let him /her know and gave me a full refund for the broken ponies! Seller stated that these are sold as is, however it mentioned nothing about cracks or damage. When I took it out of the box, it was obviously cracked and repaired. He sent me a picture of one not cracked and repaired says that was the same one, but it absolutely was damaged. Did nothing to try to make it right just said sold as is. Do not buy from the seller. You will not getting an accurate description of what you purchasing. Stay away!
