    Basic, but great fun

Last camera body produced for the Canon FD mount. Released after the introduction of the EF mount, and with fewer features than its predecessors (T90/T80). Targeted students, and those on a budget. Great camera for learners, especially when used fully manual. Aperture priority helps when getting that decisive shot. Camera does not have auto focus, but neither did most of the FD-era cameras. The split prism viewfinder is sufficient for most static purposes. Great, affordable body to use with excellent (and affordable) FD lenses. Being a film camera, the body hardly affects image quality.

A camera that would not go to start.

The day I received it, it would not progress to start 1. It only went to 0. I ruined 2 rolls of film trying to get it to progress forward but it would not. So now i am out my money, I wanted to order another one but I've been holding back. I had a camera exactly like that for years and I couldn't ask for anything prettier than the 4x6" prints it produced. So here I am. I guess my camera days are over because i do not want a digital one. I don't want all the stuff it does, I'm just a plain Jane!!!! Jean Wallace

  • Canon Sure Shot 60 Zoom

The camera arrived on time in great condition! It shoots well so far (still haven’t gone to get the first roll developed though) and it’s the perfect size for easy traveling. I appreciate that it includes a strap as well! It’s made the camera a lot more convenient to use. Overall, it’s an incredible camera for those beginning in film photography (like myself)!

  • A Surprisingly Good 90s-era Point & Shoot.

Didn't expect much from this camera, but was pleasantly surprised. Photos were sharp and colorful (shooting on Fuji Superia X-tra 400). Also, the camera was quieter than I expected. Great for street photography. I will definitely keep this camera.

  • Easy to use Canon Sure Shot 60 35mm camera

This Canon Sure shot camera is easy to use especially for the older generation who find the new digital camera hard to operate. It takes great pictures and the large view finder is a plus. The only downfall is it is a bit bigger than I expected but you can still put it in your pocketbook. Overall I'd recommend this camera.
