Item arrived broken due to poor packaging and seller said it was not their responsibility since USPS must have broken it. Instructed me to file a claim with USPS if I wanted a refund. I opened a case with EBay and the seller then suggested I broke the item after receiving it. I am receiving a refund with EBay’s assistance, but buyer beware when purchasing from this seller.

A beautiful piece destroyed due to mishandling and lack of concern on the sellers part in resolving the issues. Ill skip future auctions by seller "chamida".
