I reached out to this buyer trying to determine what the reasoning was for leaving my ONLY negative feedback in over 500 sales. The buyer explained that the visor was “too short” and was something a “Ref” would wear. I then explained that in the description/title it clearly stated “Umpire’s hat.” Communication is key and had the buyer reached out BEFORE leaving negative feedback I would’ve been more than happy to come up with some type of resolution to make sure they were 100 percent satisfied.
