reasonable price fast shipping.. the only drawback was seller did not respond to my question re: whether or not stamps can be used as regular postage to mail things and question about the ebay store lettering on the item (I think (??) it's ok online research seems to indicate the USPS officially sold things on ebay at one point? ) .. so there might be a problem as far as being able to communicate with the seller.. stamps look great though exactly as described.
