The next day I received an email showing the side of the packaging box with instructions which had been covered with a label which could not be removed. So , Seller! Be careful this does not happen with future orders. I am grateful that the seller responded quickly . I cannot give more than 3 stars presently as this product has to be used continually before results can be assessed.
