I've found there are now quite a few Ebay cowboys out there who give inaccurate descriptions or post a picture of one mint brochure and send a shoddy, tatty copy to you instead. Others try to pretend they are sending you the real thing but it's just a poor copy. No such problems here. I keep coming back here because I know I can trust the description and I know what I'll be getting. Reasonable pricing and quick delivery are a bonus.
