I swept my entire condo before I put it to the test and I was shocked at how much my high quality vacuum missed because the Roborock picked up so much! Especially out of the carpet! I love a clean floor and this thing definitely produces! I was hesitant to purchase it but it was worth it and SO much cheaper than the ones that only map one floor. Just buy it!!!

And the vacuum itself is really amazing its mapping is fantastic, and so is its battery life and dirt tank, the app is really handy too. Although if you’re buying this for its mopping feature you might want to aim at a higher price point because it just drags a wet cloth.

Seller offered a small credit in lieu of a return, which would have been a major hassle to repackage everything and send it back.
