      Detailed and endearing

      Department 56 makes beautiful, highly detailed products that are worthy enough to be heirloom pieces. Excellent workmanship brings each piece to life. Tending the Calves is very endearing, right down to be expression on the calf's face.

      Fantastic little addition to the Alpine Village

      This is yet another quality and detailed Dept 56 piece in the Alpine Village collection. Having recently returned from Switzerland, it makes me feel like I'm still there experiencing the scene depicted in person. I love the little pieces of "life" to add to the buildings and accent pieces.
