I was able to connect it to my Dell Poweredge R620 and use it in Proxmox 8.3.5 with GPU passthrough. Everything you see in the picture is exactly what you will receive. Be aware that you will need your own screwdriver to replace the PCIe slot cover on the GPU. My only complaint is that the GPU was shipped in the same box you see in the picture. There was absolutely no protection apart from the plastic case preventing it from moving
