On top of that, I was surprised with a hidden delivery charge of $14 CAD. When I contacted the seller, instead of refunding the shipping cost, they told me it’s because I live “far away” and only offered a 10% discount on a future purchase – which is not acceptable. If I pay for a full product and fair shipping, I expect to receive it. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy.
