    Thank you for the $10 credit, but my feed back remains the same. Communication between your company and me was horrendous. I There was several e-mails between Von Luce and Ebay and myself, massive confusion and I had my first order cancelled that had nothing to do with me. LED lights are not supposed to burn out before at 20,000 hrs. This should have been shipped no charge, as the light was defective. If this happens again, I will uninstall and replace it with another product.

    A good bet for the technically proficient. Well documented and easy user maintenance/upgrade.

    Purchasing a laser on ebay not for the faint of heart. I would only recommend for those with above average technical aptitude and willingness to do a lot of research in lieu of handholding you would expect on a typical retail purchase. That said, I am so far very pleased with my purchase of an OMtech from Orionmotortech, which according to the OMtech website is a 'sister company'. OMtech has active/informative FB community, good documentationm on OMtech web site, and tons of useful info from various Youtube enthusiasts. Don't waste money on air cleaner - a 500+ cfm inline fan routed outdoors really the only practical solution for weak stock fan. Also a SW or OMtech 5000 series chiller from Orion Motors a solid buy to ensure bulb life. Took a week to arrive via liftgate service, and ...
