    Cannot live well without it!

    Methylated B complex has worked nicely for me. Had deficiency when taking the regular B 12 so this has been very helpful with my overall health. It is very bioavailable. I believe this is a trustworthy brand.

    Not a zombie anymore

    I recently bought a couple of poor-quality, methylated b vitamins that did little to nothing, leaving me a “zombie:” too tired to do anything and on the verge of migraines (I’m sure I have thyroid and /or mitochondrial issues).
