I am having problems with 2 of the 3 miners and the seller seems willing to help resolve the issues. I do not believe the seller had anything to do with the problems as the package seems to be the original from BITMAIN and properly wrapped. They offered to pay for some of the shipping, but for now I declined to see how the hardware problems are resolved.
