Seller did offer another coin product for replacing the coin. It's just not the coin I wanted like ordered, but they were very prompt in trying to rectify the problem. I did mail it back the other day and E bay already refunded my money. I'm just glad seller was working to resolve the situation. The coin it's self looked like good quality, to bad case was scratched because I was looking forward to getting a perple hart C.
