Ordering was easy and it would have arrived within 5 days had there not been an issue with Evri having a courier to deliver it. Husband found it easy to install. We're not using the lock on the flap as it's to allow the cat to move through the house when we've had to lock doors and keep kids out of some places!

It may need more padding in the packaging next time or change the courier.

A short time later i received a message saying that i couldn't have that size. I replied if not available i would like a refund. A reply came back say that i would be refunded, but it would take three to five days. What a joke as my payment was taken immediately the order was placed. Perhaps offering a size required option is causing the confusion.
