The only thing that keeps me from rating this seller higher is the packaging, the packaging used did not properly prop up the internals and as such, fans and the cooler fell off, cables came disconnected, the side panel got severely scratched by all the loose parts, and the outside of the case had cosmetic damage form the bod itself being ripped and dented. I would buy from this seller again but I would like to see them improve

Would buy again.Follow-up from: 4***8- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Update: The laptop ended up having a serious mainboard fault relating to battery charging, seller offered partial refund for 15 USD because we thought it was the battery only, it was not. opened a return request and the seller said that it was "my problem". I had to go through ebay support to even initate a return because the seller was not willing to. He then proceeded to block me, Do not buy from this seller. Can't change feedback to negative so this will have to do.
