Purchased a CSF radiator and bled only once and coolant temps dropped about 20 degrees right away. Wanted to return but seller wants a restocking fee and reach out to manufacture. But that wasn't the crux of the issue. Consumers cannot simply dictate the terms and conditions for a return. If you plan to return a used condition item, expect restocking fees to be applied if you want there to be no questions asked. If you believe you have a warranty or defective issue and want to return it, you must have diagnostic and troubleshooting reports to accompany the return to have any restocking fees waived.
