Seller sent damaged & repaired Tiffany vase (sold as free from damage). Instead of seller just apologizing & accepting her mistake, she stood by her description saying it was still beautiful, & gave me some BS about not switching the piece & returning something else. I thought her customer service was pretty sloppy. Too bad, it LOOKS like she has some nice stuff. A simple apology can go a long way.

I still do not see the damage that this buyer claims to have seen. I accepted the return but do not want to do any business with anyone who use foul language and lies about anything I've sold or am selling, I would never sell an item that has damage and not disclose it to the buyer first! I've since sold the piece to a local buyer, they also don't believe there was any damage to the piece as described by this buyer. Please don't purchase anything else from me again.
