    Satisfied with the product. Easy to use, but you have to be careful handling the reel knobs, as a careless attempt can cause the tape to come loose. This happened to me with a test cassette. I recommend it!

    Great quality item. Came packaged extremely well. Works good for cleaning some VHS tapes that needed some love. Definitely go slow at first and use tapes you don’t mind messing up until you get the hang of the speed.
