        Just as good as the original.

        I tried to repair mine after watching a YouTube video by doing the solder trick. It worked for about a month then it quit. I opened up the switch and it melted the plastic inside and stuck there In the on position. I feel I'm lucky it didn't start a fire. I bought this switch for $53.00 and it was here in two days. It is of OEM quality . I am a DIY type of person and try to save money whenever I can. But sometimes it's not worth it. Especially when you can get a good quality timer like this one and have a peace of mind.

        Should have just bought. Brand new

        This product missed its mark. Because it didn't work I installed it t just like. Your supposed to an you turn on your dryer an still no heat an the daily doesn't move and before any comments come in I already replaced ever thing in the back that needed replaced heat coil ,therm. Fuse.,cut off switch your name it's replaced

        Fixed My Problem

        My dryer wasn't heating. After trying the common fixes (heating element, sensors, thermostats), the timer was the only thing left. I pulled the old timer and opened it up and found that the heating element contacts were worn and pitted from many years of use (like old automobile points). The only real fix for that is to replace the timer. This one was perfect.

        Great OEM Replacement

        This timer replaced my worn out timer - dryer would run, but not heat up - the original timer would run the machine for a short duration of time "thinking" the clothes were dry. All plugs were the exact as the original part, all plugs and fittings worked as expected.
