I sent them pictures of the part and the serial number off the part I needed, they said they would send me the parts I need, and they still sent me thr wrong part with all the information I gave them. The drive motor they semt me was almost twice the size i needed. I was able to start the return process but I still have to pay for return shipping. Not a positive experience at all
