      This is a pretty cool original boxed unit, especially from RadioShack and if it’s been used so what? At least I’ve got the original packaging and I’ll probably put it in my pick up along with my radio. It came just as described in the ad.       A little tricky to get right at first, but...

      The account says this was used once and is practically brand new...and I saw why immediately. For some reason on this particular item, at first it was really hard to get the "bowl" off the unit in order to empty and/or clean it. My old food processor--identical model--had no such problem. This one, I think, might have been made a little roughly--it's a bit tricky to work. After I used it a couple more times, however, it was more cooperative!

      Affordable replacement for an affordable appliance

      The Black and Decker FP1450 food processor is an acceptable clone of appliances that cost much more. It's shortcoming is the plastic hub in the chopping blade. I was to replace my broken-hub blade with a quality used part and extend the life of what otherwise is a usable appliance. Thanks!
