The seller was easy to communicate with, shipping was fast also packaging was bubble wrapped and well protected. Picture do not do any justice compared to in hand. Cane as described, also the neat thing about this bag, it has air vents pretty cool itself. Will definitely do business with this seller again.

Seller provided rapid equatable solution. I would use seller again based on their response to the situation. Photos have been added.
