    One item - the conditioner - was as advertised and as per photo but the other item - the shampoo - was not. After messaging the seller more than once I was wrongly accused of opening and using the items, I was told it was the same item in different packaging when it isn't and when I messaged requesting to return just the shampoo which is not as per photo on ebay I received no reply. This has been a bad experience, I've paid over the odds for the product I wanted and I do not trust this seller.
