The item was as described on first glance, but when taken out of the frame, as I was going to have a new mat made, it was not a quality print at all. The framer described it as appearing to be “a page torn out of a magazine or an art book”. I don’t believe the seller was aware of this or intended to deceive me. It was securely stapled in a nice frame long ago. It is not returnable or else I would return it.
