Very pleased with how it was shipped to my door. Switch has some cosmetic wear, standard for used products. No issues there. Firmware update went without a hitch, came factory reset to defaults. Cursory check of functions are good, nothing wrong that I've been able to find. Overall very pleased with the switch and the shipper for the price used vs new from Ubiquiti.
