My only issue was upon opening the mailer it was full of dirt and what appeared to be sand particles and the inside of the shoes were filled with the same debris. It poured all over my hands and surrounding area. Some of it may have been from the interior of the shoes disintegrating. Shoes should have been emptied out prior to mailing.
