I needed a men's US 7.5 and the box was correct but inside was an EU 7.5 which is a men's US size 8.5. so way to big I was sad but things happen. Shoebacca usually gets it right for me I have bought so many shoes from them. The price is right the shoes look great and they always get to me quickly.

When they finally replied they were very apologetic and sincere.
