I purchased a plug-in play steering wheel with airbag and cover from them and it is incompatible with my vehicle. A shop had to rewire everything but they we’re not going to mess with the airbag. I sent them my exact year, make, and model and paid extra for plug-in play. I notified them about the situation and sent them pics upon their request . We genuinely tried to assist but unfortunately didn’t receive the follow-up photos we asked for to properly diagnose what your mechanic had done during the installation. The steering wheel sent was fully compatible, and if your mechanic had reached out before rewiring anything, we would have easily been able to solve this as we offered a step-by-step guide, and have technicians available to you for live support.
